Important Information About Deposit Insurance
First Landmark Bank, Midtown Bank (a division of First Landmark Bank) and Bank of Sandy Springs (a division of First Landmark Bank) are the same FDIC-insured institution. Deposits held under First Landmark Bank or the trade names Midtown Bank and Bank of Sandy Springs are not separately insured, but are combined to determine whether a depositor has exceeded basic federal deposit insurance limits.

Your Security is Important to Us
On September 8th, Home Depot confirmed that its payment data systems had been breached, which could potentially impact customers using payment cards at its U.S. and Canadian Stores. We understand your concern, and we want to assure you that helping you protect your personal and financial information is our top priority — every day, 24/7.
Midtown Bank is dedicated to protecting your information. As such, we are in the process of identifying customers whom may have been affected by this breach. If you have used your Midtown Bank card at Home Depot between April and September 2014, you will be receiving notification from the bank that your current payment card will be cancelled and a new card reissued.
Because this is a serious incident, we strongly encourage you to take additional action if you believe your data may have been compromised.
Midtown Bank takes the security of our customer’s information very seriously. We will continue to monitor this situation and update you as information becomes available.
As always, please contact the Banking Center if you have any questions or concerns.
